Smile Education is looking for an Account Manager to support our partnership with Enquire Learning Trust as part of our growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in recruitment, resourcing, account management, staffing, education, healthcare, social care or client services.
This is a relationship-driven, delivery-focused role where you'll manage school staffing requirements, engage candidates, liaise with partner agencies and ensure a first-class service for schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage short-term, long-term and emergency school staffing requirements
- Act as the main point of contact for schools, candidates and partner agencies
- Build strong relationships with MAT stakeholders, schools and education professionals
- Source, screen and interview Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Support Staff
- Advertise vacancies across job boards and recruitment channels
- Coordinate candidate availability, bookings and placements
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and recruitment systems
- Work closely with compliance teams to ensure candidate suitability
- Chase timesheets, manage booking administration and resolve service issues
- Identify staffing challenges and deliver practical recruitment solutions
Skills & Experience
- Experience in account management, recruitment, resourcing, staffing or customer service
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident telephone manner and relationship-building ability
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
