We are seeking an Onsite Recruitment Account Manager to manage recruitment delivery for one of our clients. This role is ideal for someone with experience in recruitment, candidate management, stakeholder engagement, and problem solving.
We offer a salary of £33,000 - £40,000 per annum, with an OTE of £43,000.
Hours:
This role is contracted for 45 hours per week. While the core business hours are 10:00am till 19:00, there will be a requirement to support our clients’ needs outside these core hours.
Core working days will be Monday to Friday; although the clients working days are Monday to Saturday so there will be a need to be onsite on a Saturday as part of the role.
There will be a need to participate in a weekend on call rota and support other onsite / key accounts across the West Midlands.
Holiday: 33 days including bank holidays, increasing with service + birthday off.
Key responsibilities as Onsite Recruitment Account Manager:
- Daily Workforce Management: Track daily attendance, manage shift allocations, and handle replacements for absent workers.
- Onboarding & Induction: Lead inductions, deliver safety briefings, and process initial right-to-work and compliance checks for new starters.
- Client Liaison: Meet daily with shift supervisors and hiring managers to review upcoming volume demands and performance issues.
- Candidate Sourcing & Vetting: Screen local applications, conduct face-to-face interviews, and run practical assessments tailored to the site's needs.
- Payroll Processing: Collect, verify, and approve timesheets weekly to ensure accurate pay for temporary staff.
- Metric Reporting: Produce regular reports on headcount, fulfilment rates, staff turnover, and time-to-hire
- Compliance Tracking: Maintain accurate digital records for health and safety training, medical clearances, and compliance audits
- Ensure adherence to UK employment laws and GLAA (Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority) standards.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident interviewing and assessing candidate suitability
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems (Salesforce, Excel, internal trackers)
