Annual Salary: £31,236 to £37,694 (with potential progression to £41,064)

Our client, a prestigious university, is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Recruitment Advisor to join their dynamic Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Recruiting Managers: Work closely with various departments to establish effective advertising and selection strategies that ensure a fair and transparent recruitment process.
* Oversee Recruitment Processes: Manage all aspects of recruitment activities-from crafting compelling job advertisements to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
* Coach and Train: Provide one-on-one and group training sessions to recruiting managers and interview panels on best practises in recruitment and selection.
* Monitor and Report: Analyse recruitment data and trends, providing insightful reports to the Recruitment Manager to identify areas for improvement.
* Job Evaluation: Conduct job evaluations using the university's framework to ensure consistency and fairness in job roles and descriptions.
* Enhance Recruitment Strategies: Contribute to the development of innovative recruitment campaigns, focusing on a strong employee value proposition and utilising social media to attract top talent.
* Support Diversity and Inclusion: Uphold the university's commitment to equality and diversity in all recruitment practises.
Who You Are:
* Experienced Recruiter: You have a solid background in recruitment, selection, and onboarding, with an understanding of relevant legal and procedural aspects.
* Strong Communicator: Your ability to convey information clearly and effectively helps you build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
* Analytical Thinker: You enjoy analysing data and identifying trends to drive continuous improvement in recruitment practises.
* Team Player: You embody professionalism and flexibility, readily supporting colleagues during peak times.
