Due to an exciting internal promotion, Office Angels Watford is looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our successful branch on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You'll play a key role in developing client relationships, winning new business, sourcing exceptional talent, and helping businesses find the people they need to succeed.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment cycle while actively developing new business opportunities across the region.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and candidates.
• Develop new business opportunities through proactive sales activity, networking, and market mapping.
• Arrange and attend client meetings across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for a variety of temporary and permanent vacancies.
• Write compelling job adverts and utilise job boards, social media, and candidate databases to attract top talent.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement and aftercare.
• Provide market insights, salary guidance, and recruitment advice to clients.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets while contributing to branch growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Previous recruitment experience or a background in sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to business development and client engagement.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A passion for delivering outstanding service to both clients and candidates.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, as regular travel across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire is required.
