What the role involves

• Working closely with US clients hiring within cloud technology and digital transformation

• Building strong relationships with hiring managers and understanding their requirements

• Sourcing, screening, and managing candidates end-to-end

• Writing adverts, interviewing candidates, and supporting live roles

• Learning to run your own desk and build a network within a high-fee US market

• Using modern recruitment tools, databases, and search platforms
