Recruitment Consultant

Berry Recruitment King's Lynn currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in King's Lynn.

At Berry Recruitment, we strive to build strong relationships with our clients and candidates alike to ensure the best possible recruitment experience.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be required to:

- Generate new business by completing business development activities such as sales calls, sales meetings and drops
- Attract candidates by advertising, CV searching and using social media
- Interview and match candidates
- Manage the entire recruitment process

To be considered for this role you must:
- Have the ability to work towards targets/KPI's
- Have strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Be self-motivated, driven and resilient
- Possess strong rapport building skills
- Be able to work in a pressured environment
- Hold a FULL UK Driving Licence

You would ideally have previous Recruitment experience or have experience within working in a Sales environment.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch.

Salary depending on experience
