💷 £26,500 - £27,250 basic + uncapped commission

We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of and grow our established Bedford area, working as part of our successful and supportive Milton Keynes team.

We're on the lookout for energetic, curious, people-focused individual to join our high-performing, highly collaborative team as a Recruitment Consultant. Whether you're new to recruitment or already experienced, if you've got an entrepreneurial spark and love solving problems, this could be your next move.

This is a full 360 recruitment role, giving you ownership from start to finish:

• Winning new business and spotting sales opportunities
• Turning prospects into long-term, trusted clients
• Managing pricing, recruitment, advertising, placements and account management
• Solving customer problems and delivering on your promises
