Want to run your own desk, win your own business and get properly rewarded for it?

We’re looking for an ambitious Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join a growing recruitment business in Chester.

This is a genuine 360-degree role. You’ll own the full recruitment process, from winning new clients and developing existing accounts through to sourcing candidates, managing placements and growing your desk.

The role

• Build and develop your own industrial client base
• Generate new business and open new accounts
• Manage existing client relationships
• Source, interview and place candidates
• Manage temporary workers and ongoing bookings
• Take ownership of your desk and its profitability
• Build long-term relationships across the industrial, logistics, warehouse and manufacturing sectors

What we're looking for

We’re interested in recruiters who want more.

You’ll ideally have experience within industrial, logistics or temporary recruitment, but more importantly, you’ll be commercially driven, confident picking up the phone and hungry to build something of your own.
