The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in:

• Building strong relationships with schools and education professionals
• Managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placing them in schools
• Making sales calls and conducting face-to-face client visits to grow your network
• Providing exceptional customer service, influencing, and negotiating to ensure the best outcomes

This is a fast-paced, rewarding, and target-driven role, ideal for someone with previous recruitment or sales experience. You’ll need to work efficiently, collaborate with colleagues, and maintain a high level of professionalism.

As this role involves visiting schools across the region, a full UK driving licence is essential.
