Covent Garden Recruitment is a long-established Recruitment Consultancy in the heart of London’s West End.

If you enjoy people contact and building strong business relationships, then this could be the right next step for you. We pride ourselves on our longstanding relationships with clients and candidates alike due to the high level of recruitment service we have maintained over many years. 

This is what you will do on a daily basis:
  • Screening candidates for suitability for permanent, temporary and contract roles
  • Business development, attend networking events and meet clients face to face to grow your client portfolio
  • Liaising with clients regularly to deliver an all-round recruitment service to the highest standard
  • Writing adverts that match the debrief given by the clients
  • Reviewing CVs on a daily basis to build your talented candidate pool

Is this you?
  • Fluency in English to native standard
  • Sales driven with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with candidates and clients
  • Motivated, tenacious and determined with a strong sense of urgency
  • Goal orientated and solutions-focused
  • Strong IT skills
  • Good fun to work with to fit in within our friendly and hard-working team
