Our Partner is a specialist recruitment business connecting exceptional talent with leading organisations across the US Workday and Professional Services markets.

They're looking for ambitious ex-athletes to join our growing team as Recruitment Consultants, focusing exclusively on the US market.

You don’t need recruitment experience. They're looking for people with the mindset, discipline and competitive drive to succeed - and they'll provide the training and coaching to develop you into a specialist recruiter.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll build relationships with talented professionals and leading organisations across the US Workday and Professional Services sectors.

You’ll learn how to identify exceptional talent, develop new business, build long-term relationships and manage the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement.

Working the US market means operating within a fast-moving, high-value recruitment environment, with the opportunity to build an international network and work with some of the world’s leading organisations.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Build relationships with candidates and clients across the US market.
• Source and interview Workday and Professional Services professionals.
• Develop your own specialist network across the United States.
• Understand client requirements and deliver the right talent.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement.
• Work towards individual and team targets.
• Become a trusted specialist within your chosen market.
