We're looking for a driven and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, opening doors, and developing long-term client partnerships while managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships and play a key role in maintaining Driver Hire’s reputation for delivering reliable and quality drivers and maintaining compliance standards. 

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify new prospect clients using a variety of methods including existing databases, territory mapping, social media, telephone calls and drop offs/visits.

• Effective account management of existing customers, building relationships to drive business growth.

• Negotiate terms of business, fees, and service agreements.

• Develop a pipeline of prospective clients and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

• Embrace technology to drive effective candidate recruitment face to face or remotely using digital registration tools and digital right to work checks.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.

• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets.

• Keep accurate records using our in-house bespoke system.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or a client-facing commercial role.
• Proven track record of developing new business and generating revenue.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercially aware with a genuine passion for sales.

Desirable

• Experience in a 360-recruitment environment.
• Previous success in a recruitment agency setting.
• Transport & Logistics recruitment experience, although experience in any sector will be considered.
