Recruitment Consultant — AI First Business

We're building a recruitment business where AI does the heavy lifting and people do the thinking. Sourcing, screening, market mapping and outreach are already automated. What we need is someone who can use that leverage to build genuine relationships with clients and candidates.

What you'll do

• Own a market end to end: clients, candidates, pipeline, placements
• Work with AI tooling as a daily partner, not an afterthought. Prompting, refining, spotting when the output is wrong
• Have the conversations that no tool can have. Understanding what a hiring manager actually needs, reading a candidate's real motivation, closing an offer that wobbles
• Feed back into how we build. If a workflow is clunky, you tell us and we fix it

What we're looking for

• A track record in recruitment, sales or a comparable relationship driven role
• Curiosity about AI and a willingness to change how you work. You don't need to be technical, you need to be open
• Resilience and self direction. Small team, real autonomy, no hiding place
• Clear, credible communication with senior people
