We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and successful Engineering & Manufacturing team.

As an Engineering & Manufacturing Recruitment Consultant, you will work with a diverse client portfolio across a range of industries, including:

Your role will involve partnering with both employers and jobseekers, understanding recruitment requirements, and matching talented professionals with exciting career opportunities.
This is a rewarding sales and consultancy role where you will effectively manage your own desk as a business within a business. You will be supported by industry-leading technology, extensive training, and one of the UK's largest recruitment databases to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify recruitment opportunities within engineering and manufacturing businesses.
- Source, interview, and assess candidates.
- Match candidates to suitable vacancies and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Conduct business development activities, including sales calls and client meetings.
- Manage candidate and client expectations throughout the recruitment journey.
- Achieve and exceed agreed activity and revenue targets.
- Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and recruitment demands.

- The ability to manage multiple priorities and changing requirements.
- Confidence engaging with both candidates and senior decision-makers.
- Previous recruitment, sales, or customer-facing experience is advantageous but not essential.
