Langham Recruitment is expanding its USA Technology Practice and we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Norwich team. We work in sectors including AI and Datacentre Electronics, but applications are welcome from recruiters in any sector who are genuinely motivated to move into highly lucrative international technical recruitment.
This is a full-time role (38 hours per week), with three days working 10am to 7pm to support clients and candidates across US time zones. You'll need to be flexible and prepared for occasional later calls.
About You
We're interested in speaking with recruiters who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant or Account Manager within a recruitment agency environment
- A track record of successful placements using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Confidence engaging with candidates and clients at all levels
- Whether you're currently recruiting technology, engineering, professional services or another specialist discipline, this is a chance to apply your recruitment expertise in a market where the commercial rewards can be considerably higher.
- Basic Salary: £28,000 - £35,000
- Uncapped, no-threshold commission scheme paying 15% - 25%
- 28 days' holiday plus bank holidays
- Early finish every Friday (3:30pm)
