Role Overview
This is a key, senior-level appointment within our established Facade Engineering & Construction desk, covering the UK, EU and Middle East markets. You will take ownership of delivering results for our active, live client accounts while nurturing and expanding long-term relationships with contractors, consultancies and industry professionals. There is also a clear opportunity to develop new regional markets within facades, shaping how we grow and operate in new territories.
You will work closely alongside the company Owner, with genuine potential to contribute to operational decisions and help shape our growth strategy. Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for our core facade engineering and construction clients across the UK, EU and Middle East
• Maintain and strengthen existing client partnerships, acting as their trusted recruitment advisor
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with the freedom to develop new regional markets within the facade sector
• Source, engage and place high-quality candidates — from technical specialists and project managers to directors and contract leads — across facade remediation, full envelope works, data centres and major projects
• Build and maintain strong networks with professionals, contractors and industry bodies to keep our market knowledge and candidate pool best-in-class
• Collaborate with the wider team and company Owner to refine processes, share market insight and contribute to operational and growth strategy
• Represent the Albion Recruitment brand with pride, professionalism and consistency in all interactions
