We’re expanding our presence in this market and are looking for a recruiter who wants to build long-term client relationships, work high-value roles and develop a scalable desk within a project-led sector.

From day one, you’ll work as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, taking ownership of both client development and candidate delivery. You’ll build relationships with engineering-led businesses, understand their hiring challenges and identify opportunities to support them with specialist talent.

The market covers a wide range of technologies, businesses and engineering disciplines, giving you the opportunity to explore the sector and develop a specialism that plays to your strengths. Whether that's within a particular technology, skill set or area of automation, you'll have the freedom to carve out your own niche and become a recognised expert within your market.

Supported by an established division, proven processes and a strong internal platform, you’ll have everything you need to grow a high-performing, specialist recruitment desk.

Leadership & Environment

You’ll report into a senior Manager with over 25 years’ experience within the business, leading with high standards, clear expectations and a strong focus on performance.

This is a high-performance environment where consultants are expected to deliver but equally supported with the structure and resources to succeed.

Alongside this, you’ll work closely with one of the division’s top billers, gaining direct exposure to proven approaches to developing and scaling a successful desk in this market.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced 360 Engineering Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in contract recruitment.

You’ll be commercially driven, confident developing client relationships and comfortable working in a delivery-focused, fast-paced environment.

Experience within engineering, technical or specialist markets is beneficial, but not essential - what matters most is your ability to build relationships and grow a desk.
