Our client is an award-winning international recruitment consultancy with offices across the UK and the USA, specialising in high-value permanent recruitment within Financial Services and Legal markets. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit experienced consultants into their London office.

Current Opportunities

We are particularly interested in recruiters with experience in:

• Finance & Accounting / CFO recruitment
• Legal recruitment (Private Practice or In-House)
• Financial Services recruitment
• Other specialist recruitment markets (for consultants billing £200,000+)

The Role

This is a true 360 Recruitment Consultant position where you'll have the autonomy to develop your own market while benefiting from an established client base and strong brand presence.

Responsibilities include:

Winning and developing new client relationships.

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement.

Growing and managing existing client accounts.

Candidate and client mapping.

Building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.

Consistently achieving billing targets.

Becoming a recognised specialist within your chosen market.

Mentoring junior consultants where appropriate.

Contributing to a collaborative, high-performing culture.

About You

You'll ideally have:

1–10 years' recruitment experience.

A proven billing track record.

Experience generating new business and building client relationships.

Strong commercial awareness and ambition.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

The drive to build a long-term career within a growing international business.
