The Role

You don’t need recruitment experience. We’ll teach you the industry, the sales process and how to build your own desk from the ground up.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:

• Build relationships with candidates and clients
• Source talent through LinkedIn, job boards and direct outreach
• Speak to candidates and understand their career goals
• Develop new business and build your client network
• Manage vacancies from initial brief through to placement
• Negotiate offers and close deals
• Develop your own specialist technology market

It’s a sales-focused, target-driven role where your performance directly impacts your earnings and progression.
