We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and commercially driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing business.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with proven healthcare recruitment experience who enjoys developing new business, building lasting client relationships and managing their own recruitment desk.

We are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, enthusiasm and a genuine desire to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.

• Build and maintain relationships with care homes, nursing homes, supported living providers and healthcare organisations.

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development through to successful placement.

• Generate temporary, temp-to-perm and permanent recruitment opportunities.

• Source, attract and recruit Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals.

• Negotiate charge rates, recruitment fees and terms of business.

• Manage client requirements and ensure shifts and vacancies are filled effectively.

• Maintain accurate records using our recruitment CRM.

• Achieve agreed business development, placement and revenue targets.

• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new client relationships.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant within the healthcare recruitment sector.

• Proven experience in business development and winning new clients.

• A good understanding of temporary and permanent healthcare recruitment.

• Confidence in making outbound sales calls and speaking with decision-makers.

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage your own recruitment desk and work towards targets.

• A proactive, organised and results-driven approach.

Desirable:

• Existing relationships with healthcare providers across the Midlands.

• Experience supplying temporary staff to care homes and supported living services.

• Knowledge of healthcare recruitment compliance, including DBS, Right to Work and mandatory training.

• Experience managing a profitable recruitment desk.
