Location: Dudley, West Midlands

OTE: £37,000 + per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and attracting top talent within the manufacturing, warehouse, and industrial sectors.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Conducting interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for both parties.
• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

What We Offer:

• Competitive OTE of £37,000 per year. DOE
• Regular working hours from 08:00 to 16:30, Monday to Thursday
• Early finishes on a Friday!

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial sectors.
