As we continue to grow across Europe, we're looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants to help establish and develop our presence throughout the DACH region. What you'll be doing

You'll play a key role in establishing and growing our European presence while taking ownership of your own specialist market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing long-term relationships with organisations across your specialist sector
• Identifying new business opportunities through strategic market mapping and consultative business development
• Building a high-quality network of specialist candidates across the DACH region
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from client engagement through to successful placement
• Becoming a recognised expert within your chosen market
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to maximise opportunities across key accounts
• Promoting JAM's wider talent solutions and adding long-term value for clients
• Helping shape the continued growth of our European business

Who we're looking for

We're looking for ambitious recruiters who enjoy building relationships, opening new opportunities and delivering outstanding service.

You'll likely have:

• Experience managing a successful 360 recruitment desk
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
• A consultative approach with a genuine passion for helping clients solve workforce challenges
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• The drive to build your own market while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• A growth mindset and the ambition to develop your career alongside our expanding European business

Previous experience recruiting across Europe or the DACH region would be advantageous, but it isn't essential.
