Package: Yp to £35,000 base salary + uncapped monthly commission + annual billing accelerator + bonuses

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 office based - 1 day from home if targets are met

The Opportunity

Kathryn Rose Consultancy is currently recruiting on behalf of a boutique specialist construction recruitment firm based in Central London. Operating in a booming, candidate-led market with high average placement fees, this business offers a high-performing environment where average billings per consultant sit around £185k, alongside a proven track record of taking recruiters to £300k+ in billings.

You will be joining a top-performing desk, working alongside one of their top billers in an autonomous environment designed for ambitious recruiters who want to maximise their earning potential without being micromanaged.

What we are looking for

• Background: Ideally, you will have experience in Construction, Built Environment, or Fit-Out recruitment. However, applications are strongly encouraged from strong recruiters from other sectors looking to transition into a more lucrative market.

• Drive: A self-motivated "doer" with strong commercial acumen and an ambition to bill £200k–£300k+ annually.

• Work style: Someone who thrives in an autonomous, outcome-focused environment rather than a target-heavy KPI culture.

Earning Potential

The business offers an industry-leading financial package, including monthly commission, an annual billing accelerator, and performance bonuses:

• £200k Annual Billings: £35,000 base + £41,700 commission + £14,000 bonus = £90,700 Total Earnings

• £300k Annual Billings: £35,000 base + £77,500 commission + £20,000 bonus = £132,500 Total Earnings
