The role
As a Recruitment Consultant you’ll spend your time building genuine relationships with clients and candidates in a busy commercial environment. That means:
- Winning new business and growing existing accounts through proper consultative selling, not just chasing numbers.
- Finding, assessing and engaging strong candidates via focused sourcing and networking.
- Building real expertise in the markets we cover and developing a clear specialist offer.
- Working closely with a capable team who share knowledge and push results.
- Running your own pipeline and keeping clean records in Bullhorn.
We’re open-minded about backgrounds. You might already be an experienced Recruitment Consultant ready for a better setup. You might be switching careers into recruitment. Or you could be a sales person with at least a year’s experience and transferable skills.
What matters more is curiosity, resilience and accountability. You’ll need to enjoy getting under the skin of markets and people, be comfortable in a target-driven environment, and take ownership of both your numbers and your own development.
