Recruitment Consultant

Lennox Recruitment is working with an ambitious and successful recruitment agency based in Rochester, Kent and we are currently looking for a new 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their team:

• Education sector – Primary, Secondary and SEN desks available
• Full time hours 7am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday with a 3:30pm finish on  Friday
• Reduced working hours during school holidays
• Small team of 6 consultants currently, with view to grow and expand
• Hands on support and development available from the manager who has a proven track record of building high performance recruitment teams
• 1 day remote working each week (Wednesdays)
• Base up to £37k
• Commission paid with NO THRESHOLD starting at 10%
• Regular lunch clubs and team incentives
• The agency is on a number of framework and PSL’s with an abundance of work available

Additional points:

• Successful candidate to ideally start in September
• Ideally to have 6 months – 5 years experience recruiting within the Education sector

However

• My client will also consider someone on a TRAINEE recruitment consultant basis – ideally with 1 years work experience in a sales environment and or experience of working within a school environment.
