As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll:

• Interview and place candidates into schools
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Hit weekly KPIs and performance targets
• Develop sales, negotiation and influencing skills
• Be coached daily by experienced, high-performing consultants

You won't be left to figure it out alone. From day one, you'll receive structured training, coaching and support designed to help you become a successful recruiter.

Once you've completed the Impact Academy, you'll progress into a full sales role with specialist training in:

• Business development
• Margin negotiation
• Client visits and account growth
• Advanced communication and customer service
