£30,000 - £35,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Win new business through proactive business development, networking, referrals and outbound sales activity.
  • Take detailed job briefs and consult with clients on hiring needs, market conditions and recruitment strategy.
  • Source, attract, screen and interview suitable candidates for temporary, contract and permanent vacancies.
  • Write and advertise compelling job adverts across relevant platforms.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate registration, shortlisting, interview coordination, feedback, offer management and onboarding support.
  • Deliver a high quality candidate experience through regular communication, interview preparation, CV guidance and ongoing support.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of active candidates and vacancies.
  • Keep the CRM and internal systems fully up to date with accurate notes, compliance records and pipeline activity.
  • Ensure all recruitment activity is completed in line with company processes, compliance standards and relevant legislation.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to share leads, market insight and best practice.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience within recruitment and/or sales.
  • A confident communicator with the ability to build credibility quickly.
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills.
  • A proactive approach to business development.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
  • A resilient mindset and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high standard of service.
  • A team player who brings energy, positivity and accountability.
  • Comfortable using recruitment systems, LinkedIn, job boards, databases and Microsoft Office.
