We're an ambitious, established recruitment business with over 60 years of combined recruitment experience, and we're looking for a Recruitment Consultant - either experienced or ready to take their first step into recruitment - to join our growing team.

What will you be doing?

This is a 360 recruitment role with plenty of variety. No two days are the same.

You'll:

• Build and develop your own portfolio of local businesses and clients
• Identify and win new recruitment business through proactive sales activity
• Make outbound calls and arrange face-to-face meetings with prospective clients
• Build a strong network and database of high-quality candidates
• Meet and interview candidates, understanding their career goals and aspirations
• Manage candidates throughout their job search and placement journey
• Develop long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Attend networking events and represent Netbox Recruitment within the local business community
• Follow structured sales and business development plans
• Work towards and exceed revenue-based targets

Who are we looking for?

You don't necessarily need recruitment experience.

We're interested in people who have a sales, business development, account management or target-driven background and want to build a successful career in recruitment.
