This is a 360-recruitment role, giving you ownership of the full recruitment cycle—from winning new business and developing client relationships to sourcing candidates and securing successful placements. You’ll have structured training, support from an experienced team and clear opportunities to progress.
What you’ll be doing
- Winning new business and building lasting relationships with clients across Leeds and the surrounding area.
- Visiting clients to understand their businesses, recruitment needs and working environments.
- Providing a consultative recruitment service and developing your own desk.
- Sourcing candidates through advertising, networking and proactive searches.
- Interviewing candidates to understand their experience, ambitions and suitability.
- Managing interviews, feedback and offers, keeping everyone informed throughout.
- Working towards agreed targets and celebrating success with your team.
- Experience in recruitment or B2B sales, with the confidence to develop new business.
- Enjoys working to targets
- Strong communication skills and a talent for building relationships.
- A proactive, organised and resilient approach.
- A commercial mindset, motivation to achieve targets and commitment to excellent service.
- A full driving licence
