Recruitment Consultant

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful and well-established Manchester branch. No previous recruitment experience is required – we provide full training, ongoing support, and a clear pathway for career development.

The Role:

• As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work in a full 360-degree recruitment role, managing the entire recruitment process from business development through to candidate placement.Business development and selling recruitment services to new and existing clients (B2B)
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Visiting clients on-site and managing their recruitment accounts
• Conducting face-to-face candidate interviews
• Ensuring all compliance and administrative processes are followed
• Successfully matching candidates to suitable roles and placing them into employment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a similar people-focused role is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, outgoing, and professional approach
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to build relationships at all levels
• Eagerness to learn and develop within the recruitment industry
• Full UK driving licence or currently learning to drive
