We're looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our established and successful team in Cannock. No previous recruitment experience is required – we'll provide full training, ongoing support, and genuine opportunities for career progression.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment process, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates while developing your own portfolio of business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing new business opportunities and promoting recruitment services to prospective and existing clients
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
• Visiting client sites to manage recruitment requirements and provide excellent account management
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for a variety of office-based roles
• Conducting face-to-face candidate interviews
• Managing compliance and recruitment administration
• Matching candidates to suitable vacancies and supporting them through the recruitment process
• Delivering an exceptional service to both clients and candidates

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to succeed.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in sales, business development or customer service (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A confident, outgoing and proactive approach
• A self-motivated attitude with a strong work ethic
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• A willingness to learn and develop a long-term career in recruitment
• A full UK driving licence, or be currently learning to drive
