Your Responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant:

* Meeting clients face-to-face and visiting sites to strengthen relationships
* Qualifying CVs and matching the right candidates to key healthcare roles
* Growing your desk through proactive sales, networking, market research and social media engagement
* Building rapport and long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
* Identifying new business opportunities and driving sector growth
