Whether your expertise lies in temporary recruitment or managing a dual desk, you'll have the autonomy to develop your specialist market across the local area while benefiting from strong internal support.

This is a varied role where you'll balance business development, client management, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and administration. Building lasting relationships through face-to-face client visits and candidate interviews is a key part of the role, enabling you to consistently deliver the best talent for every vacancy.

You'll work alongside an experienced Business Development Manager, Branch Manager, and fellow consultants who genuinely collaborate, cross-sell opportunities, and celebrate each other's success.

What's on offer:

• Salary up to £32,000 depending on experience.
• Uncapped bonus scheme with a low threshold.
• Competitive commission rates of up to 20% on monthly margin above £20,000.
• An additional £10,000 annual bonus when you achieve £150,000 margin within a rolling 12-month period.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in temporary or permanent recruitment (or a dual desk).
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, sales-driven approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
