About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Warrington. This is a true 360 recruitment role, giving you full ownership of your desk, from business development and client management through to candidate sourcing and placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow your own 360 construction recruitment desk.
• Generate new business through proactive sales activity, networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across the construction sector.
• Source, interview and manage high-quality construction professionals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to offer management and aftercare.
• Negotiate terms of business, fees and rates.
• Meet and exceed monthly billing and activity targets.
• Keep CRM records up to date and maintain an organised pipeline.
• Stay informed on market trends and provide consultative advice to clients and candidates.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience working as a 360 Construction Recruitment Consultant (essential).
• A proven track record of generating new business and billing consistently.
• Strong business development and client management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• A driven, resilient and target-focused mindset.
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities effectively.
• A full UK driving licence is desirable.
