Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer

MPR Site Services Ltd were founded in 2020 and specialise in the supply of Construction workers to UK companies nationwide. 

We comprise of 6 office staff and are looking to add x2 staff to our business starting around end of August / start of September 2026.

We do both temporary and permanent Recruitment and operate with approximately 180-200 on site workers on any given week. 

Because of the nature of our business and the Construction industry in general, a lot of the placements we make might only be short term (months, weeks, or days).

We run a weekly payroll for these temporary workers, and because of this we have a lot of client liaising, administrative tasks, payroll tasks, compliance tasks, and it is generally a very fast paced environment. 

The role would include the following duties:

- vetting and liaising with candidates on the phone about job details

- gathering, storing, and filing compliance documents on our CRM

- populating and aiding with weekly timesheets & payroll

- eventually working with clients (if you wanted to)
 

The salary would be starting at £25,500 and monthly commission would be added to this following the successful completion of a probationary period. 

The hours of the role are 8-5pm from Monday to Friday, and 8-3.30pm on Fridays. 

Holiday allowance starts at 22 days + bank holidays and increases by 1 day up to to 26 days + bank holidays with every year of service. 

We work from home 1 day per week, usually a Wednesday. 

We are a social business and we regularly go for meals out together, team breakfasts, trips to the races / formula 1, and have been on Quarterly trips such as Dublin, Barcelona, Antalya, Corfu, Alicante, Malaga, and Seville.

Our offices are located at 3 Piccadilly Place, which is a serviced and shared workspace on the 11th floor. With open views over Manchester City Centres skyline.
