MPR Site Services is a growing construction recruitment business based in Manchester. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
Previous recruitment experience is essential. Construction recruitment experience is preferred but not essential.
The Role
- Managing and developing existing clients and candidates
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Taking new vacancies and making placements
- Building strong client and candidate relationships
- Winning new business and developing your own desk
- Working towards individual targets
About You
- Previous recruitment experience is essential
- Confident communicator with strong sales and relationship-building skills
- Driven, ambitious and target-focused
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills
