Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for greater earning potential, autonomy and the opportunity to build and grow your own desk?

We’re looking for an ambitious Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team in Crawley. You’ll take ownership of an established desk while developing new business across both the temporary and permanent recruitment markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven recruiter who enjoys building strong client relationships, winning new business and maximising their earning potential.

The Role

• Manage, develop and grow a specialist recruitment desk.

• Recruit for both temporary and permanent positions.

• Develop new business and identify opportunities within existing accounts.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

• Attend client meetings to understand recruitment requirements and provide tailored solutions.

• Source, interview and successfully place high-quality candidates.

• Manage the full recruitment process from business development through to placement.

• Negotiate terms, fees and offers with clients and candidates.

• Mentor and support junior consultants where required.

• Contribute to the wider success and growth of the team.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter who is commercially focused and motivated by results.

Ideally, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant.

• Experience within Transport, Logistics, Industrial or Driving recruitment would be advantageous.

• A strong track record in business development, account management and candidate delivery.

• A proven billing history and a genuine desire to maximise your earnings.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach.

• The ambition to develop your own desk and progress your career.

• A full UK driving licence is desirable.
