As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll join a brand-new UK operation supporting an established US business, sourcing high-calibre candidates for exciting projects across the American market.
You don’t need previous recruitment experience. Full training is provided, and you’ll work closely with senior leaders in both the UK and US while helping establish an operation designed to grow at pace. For someone looking to build a long-term career, there’s also potential for US travel and future opportunities to relocate.

- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines
- Experience working towards measurable targets or performance objectives
- Commercial awareness and the ability to build effective professional relationships
