What We Offer

Salary:
£25,000-£29,000

Commission & Earnings:
Market-leading commission structure with realistic earning potential of:

• £35,000 YEAR 1
• £70,000 YEAR 2
• £100,000 YEAR 3

Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Oyster, you’ll be trained to:

• Identify and engage candidates using a variety of recruitment and sales techniques
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and clients alike
• Learn your specialist market and provide insight-driven advice
• Work towards clear objectives within a fast-paced, sales-focused environment

Recruitment is a results-driven role  if you enjoy targets, competition, and learning about people, you’ll fit right in.

Experience in sales, customer service, or target-driven roles is helpful but not essential.
