Recruitment Consultant in Featherstone

We are growing our business and we have Recruitment Consultant opportunities in our Northern Hub on Station Lane, Featherstone, WF7.

We are only looking for experienced Driving or Industrial 360 Recruitment Consultants at the moment so if you haven't done this before, or don't know what it is, please do not apply.

We only want to speak to individuals who have worked in Driving or Industrial recruitment recently. We like you to follow a client through from start to finish so basic sales and service experience is a requirement .

It is a 360 role, meaning you will be required to make sales calls to clients both old and new, deal with the recruitment of new workers and the requirements of our current workers on a day to day basis. A good understanding of Industrial or Driving Recruitment legislation is essential. If you have done this role before, you know what's expected.

We don't micro manage but you are expected to be a self starter and have a good understanding of the role you are required to fulfil.

We pay a good basic salary and commission as long as you are happy to do the work. With commission you can earn up to £45,000 and basic salary is from £30,000 to £35,000 based on your recent work experience and skill set.

Our work hours are flexible based around 8-4 with Friday early finish and again as long as you are billing we are reasonable. Our targets are achievable and you are provided with weekly figures, monthly targets and our commission is easy to understand, and provided to you.

We have cups, pens, desk pads and all of the other items for visits and you get fuel cards.You will need a current driving licence and your own vehicle to make client visits, fuel is provided via a fuel card.

We promote from within 1st and want you to be happy, so the tools for the job and commission are here and don't move.

Commission is paid monthly - we offer plan bonus and new client bonuses, we also have occasional "extra" bonuses and competitions based on growth in your branch and desk.
