What will you be doing?

No two days are the same! You'll be responsible for:

• Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients.
• Winning new business and identifying opportunities to grow your desk.
• Finding, interviewing and matching great candidates to the right opportunities.
• Managing the recruitment process from initial enquiry through to placement.
• Delivering an excellent service to clients and candidates.
• Working towards individual and team targets and maximising your earning potential.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who is:

• Confident, outgoing and comfortable speaking to people at all levels.
• Commercially minded with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Motivated by targets, success and earning potential.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy workload.
• Resilient, positive and able to think on their feet.

Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in candidates with a strong sales or business development background and the right attitude.
