Are you an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in the construction sector?

We are looking for an ambitious, driven and commercially focused Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a genuine 360 recruitment role, where you will be responsible for winning new business, managing client relationships and delivering candidates from initial vacancy through to placement.

The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with construction clients.

• Identifying and winning new business opportunities.

• Utilising your existing construction client network and contacts.

• Bringing new clients and vacancies into the business.

• Sourcing, interviewing and registering suitable candidates.

• Booking candidates into temporary and permanent positions.

• Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy through to placement.

• Growing your own desk and developing long-term client accounts.

• Negotiating rates, terms and placements.

• Working towards individual and team targets.

• Providing a high level of service to clients and candidates.

• Helping to develop and grow the business as we continue to expand.

What We Are Looking For

Construction recruitment experience is essential.

We are looking for someone who already understands the construction recruitment market and has a proven track record within the sector.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.

• Strong experience within construction recruitment.

• An established network of construction clients and contacts.

• A proven ability to win new business and generate their own vacancies.

• Experience sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates.

• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

• A self-motivated and target-driven approach.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a growing team.

Most importantly, you must be able to demonstrate that you have successfully won and managed your own construction clients and have the ability to bring new business into the company.
