The Role

• Developing trusted partnerships with clients
• Delivering exceptional customer service and ongoing account support
• Providing recruitment market insight and workforce planning advice
• Resolving operational issues quickly and professionally
• Maximising opportunities within existing accounts
• Sourcing and attracting candidates
• Managing applications in line with current legislation and compliance standards
• Delivering an outstanding candidate experience
• Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
• Promoting vacancies across social media and recruitment platforms
• Building lasting relationships with candidates to support their longterm careers

About You

Can you demonstrate:

Previous experience in a similar recruitment role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders

Confidence building relationships with clients and candidates

Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to development

Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

A collaborative, team-focused attitude

A strong desire to progress your career

You will also need a full UK driving licence and access to your own transport, as regular client visits form part of the role.

Working Hours

This is an office-based position, Monday to Friday, at our Nottingham office.

You'll also participate in our out-of-hours on-call rota, ensuring we continue to deliver the exceptional level of customer service our clients have come to expect.
