Recruitment Coordinator

Great opportunity to work as an Recruitment Coordinator for a leading production site.

Staffline is recruiting an Recruitment Coordinator to work in Market Drayton.

The rate of pay is £13.50 per hour

The hours of work are any 5 days out of 7, working 40 hours per week

Your Time at Work

As an Recruitment Coordinator your duties include:

- Supporting on-site clients with their recruitment requirements
- Assisting our workforce with any enquiries and shift bookings
- Maintaining strong relationships with on-site management
- Completing staff check-ins, PPE checks, factory walks
- Administrative duties

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have the following skills:

- Strong communication & IT skills
- Work well in a team
- Good at multitasking
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Speaking Bulgarian would be desirable but not essential
- Experience in similar role would be desirable, but not essential
- Experience of working within a customer service environment is essential
- Strong administration skills a must
- Recruitment/HR background desirable but not essential
