  • Direct support from directors and leadership team, alongside experienced recruitment, onsite and central support colleagues.
  • A structured induction, with regular one to one support and reviews
  • The opportunity to contribute to regional growth, developing existing relationships and supporting new client operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the client relationship: act as the main operational contact, lead management and performance meetings, agree actions and deliver on commitments.
  • Planning the workforce: understand current and forecast staffing requirements, prepare for seasonal peaks and coordinate recruitment and deployment across shifts.
  • Bringing teams together: coordinate onsite colleagues, the Bognor recruitment team and other support functions to deliver a consistent service.
  • Managing worker transport: take ownership of routes, capacity and shift coverage, maintaining attention to reliability, safety and costs.
  • Improving performance: monitor staffing fulfilment, attendance, retention and service quality, using accurate data to identify problems and track improvements.
  • Overseeing compliance and worker welfare: maintain ethical recruitment standards, ensure required checks and inductions are completed, and respond appropriately to worker concerns.
  • Resolving service issues: act quickly when problems arise, coordinate the right support and keep clients informed.
  • Developing the account: identify practical improvements, understand operating costs and help grow the partnership and Kingdom People’s wider regional business.

What you’ll bring:

  • At least three years’ experience in recruitment, managed services, account management or a comparable service environment.
  • Proven experience managing a high volume temporary labour account.
  • Confidence building senior client relationships and leading operational and performance review meetings.
  • Experience coordinating delivery through onsite colleagues and recruitment teams.
  • A strong understanding of workforce planning, staffing fulfilment, attendance, retention and service performance.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills and confidence using workforce systems and management information.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly between sites.

Experience in food production, manufacturing, logistics or a similar operational environment would be particularly useful. Relevant recruitment, HR or management qualifications, including REC or CIPD qualifications, are desirable but not essential.
