The Opportunity

Focusing on engineering, manufacturing, industrial and technical recruitment, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing and growing client accounts, identifying high-calibre talent and delivering recruitment solutions across permanent, contract and interim positions.

Working with manufacturing businesses, engineering organisations, production facilities and industrial employers throughout the Midlands and across the UK, you'll build long-term partnerships and become a trusted recruitment specialist within the sector.

As the division continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to help shape its future, develop best practices and potentially build a team around you.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with recruiters from Engineering Recruitment, Manufacturing Recruitment, Industrial Recruitment, Technical Recruitment, Production Recruitment, Supply Chain Recruitment or Skilled Trades Recruitment backgrounds.

You will have a proven track record of business development, account management, sales success and revenue generation, combined with the drive and ambition to help grow a successful independent recruitment business.

Strong relationship-building skills, commercial awareness and a consultative approach are essential, alongside the ability to win new business and develop long-term client partnerships.
