We have a unique opportunity for a Recruitment Professional to join our growing business based in Exeter. You will either be early in your career where you'll learn from the ground up, or have existing recruitment experience. As long as you have the right attitude, and can take on the responsibility of working from home, you will thrive.

Due to structure of Henry Gunn, we are open to speaking with people with any level of recruitment experience, with huge potential for growth and equity in the business. This is truly a unique opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference to drive a small, already successful business.

You will be part of a specialist team who deliver recruitment across a variety of sectors within Engineering, primarily Ground Engineering within the UK but also some overseas. We are looking for someone who is extremely motivated, someone who understands that the more you put in the more you get out! Our commission scheme is uncapped, as is the potential to progress and steer the role into the direction you chose, you will essentially manage your own desk with a high level of automony.

To exceed in this position you will successfully manage recruitment efforts by fulfilling our clients needs through matching them with top industry professionals. You will source and qualify leads that will meet the company's criteria. To be successful, you will understand the whole process of recruitment from advertising, sourcing and winning jobs through to placing professionals into new roles. All training is provided on the job, along with an environment to help you succeed!

Responsibilities, but not limited:

• Advertise on various platforms
• Manage job applications
• Actively source and qualify candidates
• Head hunt
• Manage existing client needs whilst generating new clients
• Maintain strong relationships
• Constantly work to improve both your and the companies reputation within the industry
