Lynx Employment Services has been connecting great people with great employers since 2001. Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator to join our team in Sheffield.
Alongside supporting our day-to-day recruitment, we're particularly keen to find someone who shares our interest in helping ex-Armed Forces and other uniformed-service personnel transition into civilian employment, identifying transferable skills and connecting people with the right employers.
### The Role
You'll work closely with our recruitment consultants, sourcing candidates, managing compliance and helping vacancies move quickly from initial application through to placement.
Responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and screening candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies
- Supporting ex-uniform and service-leaver candidates moving into civilian employment
- Helping candidates recognise and communicate their transferable skills
- Advertising vacancies across job boards and social media
- Conducting telephone interviews and candidate registrations
- Arranging interviews and booking candidates into assignments
- Processing references, Right to Work checks and DBS applications
- Maintaining accurate records on our recruitment database
- Liaising with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Supporting compliance, onboarding and general recruitment administration
### About You
Previous recruitment or resourcing experience would be useful, but attitude, communication skills and the ability to connect with people are just as important to us.
You'll need to be organised, confident on the telephone, comfortable working at pace and genuinely interested in helping people find the right opportunity.
Experience of the Armed Forces, emergency services or another uniformed service would be particularly welcome, although it isn't essential. You’ll need to be flexible around working hours when required, particularly during busy periods or to support candidate and client requirements.
