Recruitment Resourcer

Candor Vets is a specialist veterinary recruitment agency placing vet surgeons and nurses with practices across the UK. We are growing, and we need a resourcer who can connect us with brilliant candidates.

This is not an admin job... You will be on the phone, on the job boards, on LinkedIn, and using sourcing tools.

Who we are

We are a small, ambitious team. That means no hiding, but it also means your work is visible, your wins get celebrated, and you are not a number in a sales floor of two hundred.

What you will actually do

• Source veterinary candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, our CRM and referrals
• Call prospective candidates, qualify them properly, and build genuine relationships
• Write outreach messages
• Keep the CRM clean and up to date so nothing slips
• Work closely with our consultants to understand exactly what each client needs

Who we are looking for

The non-negotiables:

• You write well. our messages to candidates represent our brand.
• You are comfortable with AI tools and curious about what they can do. You do not need to be an engineer, but you should already be using tools like ChatGPT or Claude in your day to day and want to go further.
• You are tech savvy. New systems do not scare you. You pick things up quickly and you find better ways of doing things.
• You are punctual and reliable. We are a small team and we depend on each other. Turning up on time, matters here.
• You work hard. Recruitment rewards effort.

*Recruitment experience is helpful but not essential… Attitude and ability matter more to us.*
