Construction Resourcer

Connect Grp Ltd are currently looking for a construction resourcer to join our busy, expanding team based at our office in Brighton.

The correct person will be driven, self-motivated and keen to learn the role of a construction resourcer as the first step to a career in construction recruitment.

Your role will include, but not be limited to;

• Support of the sales team
• Job filling
• New candidate registration
• Time sheet processing
• Registering temps with payroll companies
• Reference lead generation
• Gathering of industry compliance- reg forms, skills cards ID etc
• Men working after care

Salary / Benefits

• 3-month probationary period.
• Basic Salary of £22,500 - £26,500 per annum paid in equal amounts on the last Friday of each month.
• 28 day’s holiday (including bank holidays)
• One month notice period from either party on termination of employment.
